Introduction to The Clockwise Counter-Clockwise Limb System
Although you can start with any quarter of the exercise, the order of limb pairs is as follows:

Groove applications of the "C & C" Limb System similar to those that I've used on recordings:
6"No One" by Tribe Of Judah on Exit Elvis. The key limb pair is #5. The left foot lands between the pair #5 limbs.
7"East Of Paradise" by Tribe Of Judah on Exit Elvis. The key limb pair again is #5. The mini snare is hit by both right and left hands in between the paired #5 eighth notes.
8 "Leave Me Alone" by Extreme on Waiting For The Punchline. The key "off the beat" limb is the right hand. The "on the beat" hits are split between the right foot and left hand.
